What we collect

Enquiries and website visits.

When you submit a lead or contact request, we may collect your first and last name, company name, optional business website, email address, phone number, market, selected services, and the page and call-to-action that led to the request. We record a submission identifier and timestamps to prevent duplicates and manage delivery. We may also keep later phone, email or WhatsApp correspondence about your enquiry or client relationship.

Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine requests from automated abuse. Google Analytics measures website visits. Our Cookies & Similar Storage page explains cookies and browser storage. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website; please do not include it in an enquiry.

Why we use it

To answer your request and operate the site.

We use enquiry details to respond, discuss requested services and take steps you request before a possible contract. We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about that enquiry. Sending a request does not make you a client; paid work starts under a separate signed agreement and agreed payment. We do not subscribe you to newsletters or send general or unrelated marketing.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting the website. If you are enquiring about a contract in your own name, we may also process information to take steps you request before entering that contract. We use submission identifiers, timestamps and security signals for security, abuse prevention, duplicate prevention and reliable delivery. We use Google Analytics to understand website visits; our Cookies & Similar Storage page describes this processing and the browser technologies involved.

You do not have to submit an enquiry. Without a working way to contact you, we cannot respond.

Service providers

How a request reaches us.

Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 validate and store form requests. Cloudflare Turnstile provides the anti-abuse check. Cloudflare Queues carries a submission identifier, not the contact details themselves, for notification processing. Cloudflare Email Service sends the notification to our business inbox. We use Google services, including Gmail, to receive, organize and respond to notifications. Google also provides website fonts and Google Analytics. We limit access to enquiry records to people who need them to respond. We do not sell enquiry information or use its contents for advertising personalization.

If you choose to send a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own privacy terms. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Where information goes

International processing.

People responding to an enquiry may work from the Netherlands, Australia or Colombia. Cloudflare and Google may process information in the United States, the European Economic Area and other locations used to deliver their services. Cloudflare D1's EU jurisdiction setting restricts where that database runs and stores data; it does not mean Workers, incoming requests, Turnstile, technical metadata or email delivery are confined to the EU.

Where applicable, international transfers are handled under the relevant providers' contractual and legal arrangements. Contact us if you need more information about transfers that apply to your information. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy for provider details.

Retention

Kept only while needed.

Cloudflare D1 lead-request records are scheduled for deletion 365 days after submission. We keep Gmail notifications and later conversations while handling the enquiry and, where needed, a resulting business relationship, dispute or legal recordkeeping obligation. We review those records and delete or de-identify them when no longer needed. Records relating to a signed client contract may have different retention requirements.

Your choices and complaints

Ask what we hold or request a change.

Email info@rankingrebels.com to request access to information we hold about you, ask for a correction or raise a privacy concern. Tell us how to contact you and what information or concern you mean. We may verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. We investigate complaints and aim to respond within 30 calendar days; if we need longer, we will explain why.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also request deletion, object to or restrict a use, or request a copy of your information. You may complain to a relevant privacy regulator. In Australia, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; in the EU, you can contact your local data protection authority. We will update this policy when our practices change and show the new update date here.
